Discount rules

The fare, as displayed, includes basic fare, consumption tax, and fuel surcharge (consumption tax included). We are asking for contribution from the passengers for a portion of fuel expenses, as fuel surcharge, that cannot be absorbed by corporate efforts. The discounts may be applicable for the basic fare, but not for the fuel surcharge. We appreciate your understanding.
